Refrigeration process

Hello friends Today I am going to discuss refrigeration process & about refrigerator.

I will explain this process in a very simple & easy way.


Refrigeration process involves removing of heat from the object.


It is process which involves of removing heat & further transfering it.


The refrigeration process is involved many process for removing heat.


Domestic refrigeration, air- conditioner, heat pump.

Different refrigerant are used as working substance in refrigeration process.


The refrigerant which are used in refrigeration process are given below. Refrigerant is a substance or mixture.


Fluid


CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons)


Feron


Any many more.


Refrigeration process take place in domestic refrigeration, heat pump, air-conditioning & in many places.


Now we are going to see whole process step by step which take place in domestic refrigeration.


In domestic refrigeration there are 4-5 components.



1) Compressor


2) Condensor


3) throttle valve


4) evaporator


In air conditioner also there are 4-5 components.


1) compressor.


2) condensor.


3) expansion valve.


4) evaporator.


5) fan.


Here it is important to know difference between refrigeration & refrigerant.


Refrigeration is a process of removing the heat & further transfering heat.


Refrigerant is a working substance which is used in refrigeration process.


The working substance may be liquid, CFCs & feron.


This working substance are used further for cooling process.


Today we will only discuss on refrigeration process & refrigerant. We will discuss about domestic refrigeration & air conditioner  working later on.


As we have discussed about refrigeration process & refrigerant above.


As discussed above the heat is removed from lower temperature reservoir to higher temperature reservoir. In same way the heat pump work but the difference is that the heat is removed from higher temperature reservoir and transfer to lower temperature reservoir.


In simple words refrigeration is process which involves the cooling by using different working substance.


Here are some refrigeration cycle process.


Vapour compression refrigeration cycle.


The most common type of refrigeration systems use the reverse-Rankine vapour-compression refrigeration cycle.
